Indian and Dutch participants came together in the Dutch capital for a floral tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, bringing together the Gandhi Global Family and the Church of Scientology Netherlands around human rights, peaceful cooperation and non-violence.

Taking place beside the Mahatma Gandhi monument on Amsterdam’s Churchilllaan, the event included Ram Mohan Rai, General Secretary of Gandhi Global Family, Scientology representatives and human rights advocates. Discussions also explored future cooperation in educating young people about fundamental human rights.

The Church of Scientology’s support for human rights education is connected with the principles expressed by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard, who encouraged Scientologists to support initiatives advancing fundamental human rights.
